Position: Operations Coordinator

Magenta is a consulting firm specializing in organizational strategy for nonprofits and small businesses

Employment Type: Contract, part-time (paid on monthly retainer)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 15 hours per week
Location: Atlanta (preferred); remote applicants will be considered
Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and project-based support to facilitate the daily processes and procedures of Magenta and its clients

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary administrative contact for Magenta and its clients: sending member communications, executing mailings, and addressing administrative requests via phone or email
  • Support business development by preparing terms sheets, invoices, and communications
  • Schedule meetings and events for the Executive Director
  • Perform routine database management including data entry and monthly reports
  • Represent the Magenta brand to clients, colleagues, and network: positive, dependable, resourceful, clear, and effective

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication; grammar mastery a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with customer relationship management tools (CRMs) a plus
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude; ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform calmly under pressure
